Brief Introduction 

ZCGS400 High Speed Filling&Stoppering Machine is applies to fill ampoule. Penicillin bottles, infusion bottles etc., bottle outside diameter between 16~52mm,

Machine has equipped with 12 filling dosing pump (glass , ceramic , SS and Peristaltic Pump for optional ), all machine was driven by servo motor, filling volume can be adjusted together or partially. After filling, bottle would be push to the Middle Sorting Wheel by Bottle Sorting Wheel, then conveyed to the bottle holder in the Cap-press Wheel with help of Middle Sorting Bottle Wheel. After that, the bottle holder will move up and down, then rotation together with press caps.

The whole procedure would be controlled through PLC& Human Interface . Widely used for Freeze-drying material, also can be used for filling Oil and Suspension Solution Thinner .
