Extrusion and Injection Processes
The reinforcements (glass fiber roving or chopped strands) and thermoplastic resin are mixed in an extruder. After cooling, they are chopped into reinforced thermoplastic pellets. The pellets are fed into an injection molding machine to form finished parts.
E-glass fiber chopped strands for thermoplastics
E-glass fiber chopped strands for thermoplastics are formulated with silane-based coupling agent and special sizing agent, and have good compatibility with matrix resins such as PA, PBT, PET, PP, AS, ABS, PC, PPS, m-PPOs LCP, etc. Capacitance, excellent clustering and fluidity, good molding and processing performance, can endow the composite material with excellent mechanical properties and surface state.

Packaging & Shipping
They are packed in Kraft bags or woven bags,about 25kgs per bags ,4 bags per layers,10 layers per pallet and 40 bags per pallet,Each 40 bags of products are packed by multilayer shrink film and firmly fixed on the pallet,also,the product can be packed as the customers' reasonable requirements.
Product storage
Recommended glass fiber products stored in a dry environment. Recommended storage temperature range of10 ~ 30 ºCBetween the relative humidity 50 to 75%. Before using the product, the need to keep the packaging intact state.
