Export Molds Packing
For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.
Export Products Pallet Packing
For products need to sea shipping to export,we use more than three assistants to products them.First the strong box,second the pallet ,third the protective plastic film with wrap ties to make sure it stay stable and safe during shipping and delivery.

Single cavity tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-cavity tools are for larger quantities.We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which would be best for you.
