The Flat Anchorage of max. 5 strands in one plane to deviate into one oval duct is designed to be mainly used in thin members such as transverse Post-Tensioning of the top slab of box-girder bridges and prestressed flat slabs.
The system connects strands which run through steel or flat corrugated galvanized steel ducts made in our factory.
The strands are stressed individually using a mono strand jack.
To ensure corrosion protection and to give adequate bond strength, the tendons are filled with suitable cement grout mix after complete stressing of the strands.
