After the drawings of new products are completed, general enterprises will make a prototype to verify and test whether there are deficiencies in the product design, which is a key link in the research and development of new products. Generally, the processing methods of prototype include CNC processing, silica gel replica and 3D printing. Taking CNC processing as an example, let's explain the process of prototype production: providing drawings: customers need to provide STP PRT and other commonly used formats, 3D drawings and files, as well as the production requirements of the hand board.

Programming: programmers analyze 3D drawings and write the program language to control the NC machining center. CNC processing: let the CNC processing equipment work according to the path set by the program, remove the redundant places on the material, and get the prototype of the product. Manual treatment: the surface of products processed by CNC will have many knife marks and burrs, which need to be polished with sandpaper. Surface treatment: it is necessary to complete the surface effects required by customers, such as oil injection, silk screen printing, electroplating, oxidation, wire drawing, etc. Assembly: after treatment, the data of assembly problems shall be tested. Trial assembly and shipment shall be carried out before surface treatment: after there is no problem detected by QC department, it can be packaged and shipped.
