How to install carrier roller
Half of the drag chain pulley falls off due to the following reasons:
1: Chain tension is too loose
2: carrier roller , the chain rail section is worn too much
3: Excessive wear of the idler pulley
4: The lower splint of the chain link is damaged
There are two ways to install:
1: Release the butter of the chain tensioning cylinder, and then find a skilled excavator operator to hook it up with a bucket and install it (for the chain that has not completely fallen to the ground)
2: Remove a chain with a link pin (heat it with oxygen first, then punch out the pin) or a chain movable pin, and then hang the chain on the excavator with a wire rope, preferably with a chain rail pin
