1GE ONU is dual mode ONU, provides one GE auto-adapting Ethernet ports, 1 PON interface, plastic casing, external power supply adapter.
The 1GE ONU is a dual mode device that can support both GPON and EPON. It is used in FTTH/FTTO to deliver data and video services over a PON network. The dual mode ONU complies with all GPON and EPON technical rules, including ITU-T G.984.x, IEEE802.3ah, and China Telecom’s technical requirements for EPON equipment. It can automatically identify and switch PON mode.
The dual mode ONU is equipped with high-performance forwarding capabilities to offer a smooth Internet and HD video experience. As a result, it delivers an ideal terminal solution for FTTH deployment, as well as future-oriented service enabling features. The 1GE ONU is based on proven Gigabit GPON/EPON technology, which is very dependable and simple to maintain, and provides guaranteed QOS for various services.
