Step 1: Lemongrass peeling off the old shell outside, cut off the green leaves above and cut short pieces about 7-10cm, smashing.
Ginger washed, kept in shell, sliced about 0.5cm, crushed.

Step 2: Add 2.5 liter of water to the pot, add 500gr of alum sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves, boil water.

Step 3: Add lemongrass to smash the pot, cook for 5 minutes. Then beat the ginger, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, continue cooking for 1 minute and then turn off the heat.

Step 4: Leave it on the stove and cover it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the residue, filter it again and again to remove any small residue. Then let it cool.

Step 5: After the lemongrass juice has cooled, you squeeze the lemon juice. If it is not sweet enough, you can add alum sugar. Now you can drink it immediately with ice or keep it cool in the refrigerator compartment until you drink.
