The cleanroom electric chain hoist adopts a fully enclosed stainless steel body and oil-free lubricated chain, combined with advanced high-efficiency filtration and positive pressure exhaust system, to completely eliminate the particle interaction between internal parts and the environment. The product rated load covers 0.5 t-5 t, the standard lifting height can reach more than 3 m, and it can be customized to 20 m according to the net height of the workshop. The rigorous structural design and sealing performance ensure that the equipment meets the ISO 14644-1 1-5 clean requirements.
Product advantages
1. The shell is made of 304/316L stainless steel plate, and all interfaces are equipped with EPDM sealing rings to achieve "all-round leakage-free".
2. Fast/precise two-speed switching, the maximum lifting speed can reach 24 m/min, and the maintenance speed is as low as 2.4 m/min.
3. The touch screen displays key parameters such as load, speed, temperature in real time, and supports multiple sets of working mode presets.
4. The host, control box, fan, filter, etc. can be quickly disassembled and assembled, and routine maintenance can be completed in the workshop.
