Working Principle

This is -1+1, -2+1, or -3+1 pit design parking system. The spaces of top and bottom

are united and lifted together. Usually, the bottom space is underground in the pit. The

top level space is in the same line with the ground. The top level car can park in and out

directly. The bottom space may park car when it is lifted.


Characteristics

Save land and take full use of the underground space.

It can achieve multiple-units together to raise more parking numbers.

The middle and bottom levels have functions of dust proof, rainproof and anti-theft.

This system is simple, reliable and easy to operate.

The top level may be planted with grass and flowers to increase the green land area.

Outer parking types may be designed as full packing, half packing, simple packing or

nude packing according to the customers' requirements.

No influence to building sharing light.

---Usually the platforms are zinc wave plates, the upper level can choose zinc wave plates, or diamond pattern plates.

---The U shape whole board platform is only for domestic customer, not suitable for exporting and load into containers.

13. Can we decorate the top level with grass or floor tiles?

---Yes, you should tell us ahead of time, we will make the top platform 8-10 cm lower.
