III. Equipment composition and structural features
The synchronous gravel truck mainly consists of asphalt spreading system, stone spreading system, electrical operating system and auxiliary system.
Asphalt sprinkling system The sprinkling system consists of an asphalt tank, heating section, hydraulic section, control section and spraying section.
1、Asphalt tank The outer wall of the tank body is made of stainless steel frosted plate, with insulation filler in the middle, and the inner part is composed of heating boiler and heat-conducting oil coil, with a neat and generous appearance. The additional gas control valve set outside the tank body realizes the size of the asphalt circulation in the pipeline, avoiding the asphalt local overheating and aging.
2、Heating part The heating device uses imported burners and matching high-efficiency boilers, which have high combustion efficiency, good atomization effect, low oil consumption, fast heating speed, safe and stable operation, etc. No artificial supervision is needed to ensure that all the asphalt in the pipeline can get an effective heating temperature.
3、Hydraulic part Adopt international famous brand components (hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor) to ensure reliable transmission performance.
4、Control part The encoder is used to accurately detect the vehicle speed and asphalt pump speed respectively to ensure the sprinkling accuracy, where the radar, encoder and main circuit switching components are all imported components. After setting the sprinkling amount, PLC automatically calculates the vehicle speed and pump speed, realising the automatic control of sprinkling and can recommend a reasonable vehicle speed for the driver.
5、Spraying part The opening and closing of each nozzle is individually controlled by an air valve. The special piping design ensures even pressure and good spraying effect.
Stone spreading systems
The stone spreading system consists of a silo, a material door control mechanism and a spreader.
The silo is fitted with an internal shadow hidden centre top turning shaft using a through shaft to ensure the smoothness of the silo raising; the material door is controlled by 16 ways, with an angle screw angle controller, to make the material door reach a certain opening degree, the material door opening angle can be set on the angle controller, very convenient and accurate. Effective adjustment of the spreading uniformity, changing the situation of uneven spreading of traditional stone materials; wide range of adjustment of the dividing and lowering plates, suitable for different sizes (S5 to S25mm) of stone materials.
Electrical operating systems
1. Provide the operator with accurate sprinkling parameters according to the different work requirements.
By setting the parameters on the display on the rear console, the actual measurement parameters are constantly changed to give an accurate picture of the machine's operation.
2、Simple manual operation and the ability to switch between manual/automatic improves work efficiency.
3、It can adjust the width of spraying asphalt and spreading stone at will according to the width of the road.
4、Limit switch device is used to control the nozzle rack and silo lift to avoid over-range injury to man and machine.
5、Configuration of thermal oil automatic alarm device, with the upper and lower limit of the material level alarm, asphalt lower limit alarm indication function.
