White or greyish powder. Specific gravity:1.29. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform,carbon disulfide. Insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application:
TMTD is used as a vulcanization accelerator in the rubber industry, It is suitable for NR and SR. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires,rubber shoes,cable and other technical rubber goods.Used as germicide and insecticide in agriculture,also as lubricant additive.
