Company Profile
As a manufactory and Exporter of Fixings System, Wood Connection, Metal Bracket, Construction Hardware and Metal Stamping. Kangrui's operates out of a singles 10,000 square meter facility located in Yuyao, Ningbo, China. The facility is composed of a High-speed Presses manufacturing plant, a Quenching Production Line, A Packaging department, A Stocking warehouse, and offices. And  it has 3 enginners, 4 quality controler and 33 more other employees The Kangrui evolved from the Yuyao Dafeng Hardware factory Co.,Ltd, a family business founded in Yuyao, the Ningbo, In 2004 by Mr.Shen who becomes the director of Yuyao Kangrui Metal Products Co.,Ltd. Now Kangrui is able to develop new and still better products rapidly through our own Research and Development department. In initial stage, our client could just offer us with the drawing or samples of product, the R&D team will  design all of the mold. And then we will deliver our samples to our clients for confirmation and testing, ensuring all the details meet their requirements perfectly. Certainly, our engineers will care a lot  about  the feedback from our clients. Today this small family business is growing into an excellent enterprise  with its own production facilities and sales.

Raw Material
How to make sure the performance of raw material is the essential issue as a manufacturer. In order to ensure the raw material meets the requirement from client, we always insist on choosing reliable supplier for steel material. And our client will obtain the material certification after the order is shipped.

Quenching
Kangrui have a complete production line for quenching, some items like Express Nails, you have to care about the flexibility with them, and so we will choose the method of quenching to enhance its hardness. Certainly, our QC staff will fulfill the testing of HRC in our laboratory.
Surface Treatment
Kangrui offer so enough many option for the surface treatment. Including zinc plating, Pre-galvanized, Hot-dip Galvanizing,
