Application:
It is suitable for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are easily decomposed, polymerized and deteriorated at high temperature; it is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
Working principle:
The so-called vacuum drying is to heat and dry the dried material under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used to dehumidify, the drying rate will be accelerated.
Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if the SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum pump unit is used, the condenser can be omitted, saving energy investment.
Features:
1. The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, so the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
2. The heat source of evaporation operation can be low pressure steam or superheated steam.
3. The heat source of evaporation operation can be low pressure steam or superheated steam.
4. The evaporator has less heat loss.
5. It can be sterilized before drying, and no impurities will enter during the drying process, which meets the requirements of GMP.
6. It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
