8.Belt Blanching Machine

1.Blanching process plays an important role It Is in hot water close to boiling water. 2.The purpose is to destroy and inhibit the
activity of enzymes in vegetables, prevent physiological changes in vegetable processing and cuase loss of nutrients and prevent
discoloration during vegetable processing. 3.The vegetables are blanched, a small amount of air is contained in the tissue, the
chlorophyll color is more vivid, and the chlorophyll-free vegetables become translucent. 4.It changes taste and reduces the total
number of bacteria and bacterial pollution to maintain the original color, aroma, taste, form and nutrients of the vegetables
5.For some vegetables with Volatile aroma such as garlic, onion, Celery and chives no need blanching

10.Cooling line 1
