Vacuum frying machine
Vacuum frving refers to frving and dehvdrating food in a negative pressure environment. The temperature is generally between 80 and 100 ℃. which can effectively reduce the damage of high temperature to food nutrients. Vacuum frying technology is known as the color revolution of this century. The finished product has lower oil content and is healthicr.
Combared with ordinary frving,vacuum frving has other obvious advantages. Since the internal pressure of the cquipment is lower than the atmospheric pressure, food processing under this relativelv hvpoxic condition can reduce or even avoid oxidation such as fatty acid failure and enzymatic browning, and has the effect of preserving food color and flavor. Vacuum frving has a very wide range of applications in the food industry, and can process many products such as vegetables and fruits, dried fruits, and livestock and poultry meat.

Vacuum frying machine oil tank

Vacuum unit
Our company uses Roots water ring vacuum unit which is connected in series with Roots pump as the main pump and water ring pump as the front pump. Roots water ring vacuum unit uses water ring pump as the backing pump, which is more advantageous than other vacuum pumps. It overcomes the ultimate pressure difference when a single water ring pump is used (the ultimate pressure of the unit is much higher than that of the water ring pump)

Opening part of vacuum frying machine chamber
1. Automatic door opening device. Composed of six cylinders, the door is pressed outside, and the door is lifted and opened.

The control cabinet is made of stainless steel, made of 304.The main control circuit adopts Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi touch screen, Mitsubishi inverter, Mitsubishi temperature control module, and Mitsubishi analog output module Schneider circuit breaker, Schneider circuit breaker, Jiegu terminal block, Schneider AC contactor, Weidm ù ller relay, Siemens switch, Siemens warning light.
Condenser buffer tank
The water-cooled condenser uses water as the cooling medium, which is a kind of heat exchanger, which can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and the liquid enters the buffer tank.The buffer tank should regularly drain the condensate in the tank to avoid being pumped into the vacuum pump.
