Features
1. The whole equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of HACCP to ensure food hygiene and safety, so that food processing enterprises can successfully pass the HACCP certification and obtain food export permits.
2. The frame structure is made of stainless steel SUS304, all of which are welded by argon arc welding.
3. The evaporator is made of aluminum tube and aluminum sheet, with large distance structure, so that the defrosting interval is long.
4. Defrosting method: the external water valve is used to control the water uniformly.
5. There is a certain inclination at the bottom of the storage plate, and there is a drainage hole, which is convenient for cleaning and ensures that there is no sanitary dead angle inside the equipment.
6. The whole warehouse is equipped with an access door, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance in the warehouse.
7. The mesh belt chain transmission mechanism is adopted, and the mechanical failure rate is low. Adopt high-strength chain, sprocket and stainless steel mesh to ensure long life.
8. Set the mesh belt type, mesh size，buckle shape and corresponding channel height according to the type of incoming products to ensure the smooth passage of goods and low ventilation resistance to improve the freezing speed.
