Description:

The machine can accomplish multiple functions, including peeling + coring+ slicing. It’s designed for processing 

apple tin, preserved apple, dehydrated piece, power, jam, pectin and juice. The machine consists of blades, mechanical 

hand, convey belt, locating fork, PLC and etc. 

It’s controlled by computer, the peeling thickness and coring diameter can be adjustable. Because the blade can 

peel the apple by detecting the variety of shape, so the waste is less, and increase the utilization of apples. 

Firstly, choose the matched coring blade and slicing blade by measuring the diameter of core and thickness of peel. 

Secondly, set the parameters in the screen. Then putting apples into feeder, the machine would automatically hold 

the apple, transfer to peel, core, slice it and color protection. 

The liquid in the color protection tank would spray the fruit, in case that the fruit would be oxidized or turned black. 

Three outputs would be ready apple, core and peel separately.

Application:

The machine is designed for peeling the apple ,pear ,citrus, orange, lemon , kiwi, persimmon,pawpaw and other fruit 

and vegetables.
