Smart resistance capacitor automatic power factor correction equipment
The smart power factor correction unit is based on low-voltage pure dry-type capacitors. It adopts the latest achievements in microcontroller technology, micro-sensors, micro-network technology and electrical appliance manufacturing technology. It integrates zero-point switching, protection, measurement, and online functions in one. It is a major breakthrough in the existing low-voltage reactive power compensation filtering technology. It is mainly used in reactive power compensation in very severe harmonics to ensure reliable operation and absorb and eliminate harmonics to a certain extent.
Control principle
CPH adopts a 32-bit digital signal processor (MCU) as the core. Collecting voltage and current signals of the power distribution network, monitoring reactive power real-time changes, combined with capacitor state, used as compensation module switching operations judgment basis. The information transmission between the compensation modules through the RS485 communication interface in order to complete the collaborative work.
Features
Sync switch
No harmonics are generated during the work process, and its zero-point switching eliminates the inrush current and over-voltage generated at the moment of switching. More than 1 million times of trouble-free switching, strong withstand voltage, current shock and anti-harmonic ability.
Real-time flexible monitoring
Standard RS485 communication interface, used for information exchange between equipment and monitoring system, to achieve integrated power distribution management
Perfect protection function
With current quick-break, overload, phase loss, three-phase unbalance protection, and over-voltage, under-voltage, loss of voltage, over-temperature, harmonic overrun and other protection types
Online function
Max 32 units online connection, covering the reactive power compensation capacity of the low-voltage side of all distribution transformers
Flexible compensation method
Centralized control and decentralized control can be selected, combined with the principle of cyclic switching and appropriate compensation, to optimize the working method and extend the service life of the capacitor
Fault self-diagnosis
Fault self-diagnosis and segment code LCD display are convenient for field operation status and accident cause investigation and analysis. Once the slave self-diagnoses the fault, it will automatically exit immediately without affecting the normal operation of the system; if the master fails to exit, the slave will rebuild the online network.
