FRP pipe is in the filament winding process, using quartz sand layer will strengthen, make its have sandwich structure, such as reducing the comprehensive cost of the pipeline, and improve the overall strength and stiffness of the pipeline. High pressure FRP pipe is a new type of nonmetallic pipe. In its making, glass roving, soaking by low viscosity but strong adhesive bonding resin,winds around mould at the preset angle and layers. It has to be cured,released from the mould and then processed. Excellent corrosion resistance, high endurance, light weight and high strength are among its special properties

1) Pressure class: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa;

2) Working pressure: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa;

3) Usual stiffness class: 2500N/m2, 5000N/m2, 10,000N/m2;

4) RPM pipe diameter: from DN25 to DN4000;

5) Each pipe length: within 12m;

6) The joint: the type of joint is socket-spigot with double O seal rings, flange joint, butt-joint and socket-spigot with adhering and others;

4. Industry - Conveying for corrosive fluid. For all industrial pipes which convey corrosive liquid and gas, such as the pipe needs to be of large diameter and anti-corrosive metal material, under this condition, RPM pipe is better.

-Pipe for petroleum industry. Used for the conveying of crude oil and natural gas, and the water return of oil field.

-Offshore construction pipe.

-Heat supply pipe. RPM pipe is excellent heat insulator, good property of insulation. It is suitable for conveying vapor and geothermal water etc.

-Ventilation and air supply pipe. It is used for large scale factory and mine, especially for ventilation of underground works. In large scale hotels, it can be used as the air supply pipe of central air-conditioning system.
