Introduction of ZDP800D:

Dual torch auto steel pipe orbital welding machine ZDP800D applies to welding of pipe with a steel grade above X60 and a minimum pipe diameter of 6” or above, and has high efficiency and excellent environmental adaptability. The whole system is equipped with a good water cooling system and heating system to ensure adaptation to extremely cold and hot areas.

The ZDP800S uses the welding arc waveform tracking to maintain the welding torch and the molten pool in an optimal position by computerized monitoring and control, and uses the 360° absolute inclination sensor to achieve automatic selection of the welding process during welding, ensure the maximum welding efficiency and quality, and achieve automation of welding.
The lightweight welding bug body is easy to install and greatly reduces the physical exertion of the staff. The entire control system is simple to use and has self-diagnosis function to ensure the reliability of use. It is equipped with multi-permission restrictions to ensure the uniformity and reliability of welding parameters.

ZDP800D series pipe outer welding machine system can realize a variety of process welding, can achieve single torch welding and double torch welding, can achieve flat characteristic GMAW and pulse GMAW welding. The editing of working parameters can be edited through the PC and control system man-machine interface, which is easy to operate and can be transplanted between different models. The control system has a logging function that records welding real-time data
