Key installation procedures
Square tube (60) can be used for purlin × forty × 3mm) or section steel (100 × fifty × twenty × 3mm) or anti-corrosion wood (60) × 40㎜)。
Purlin spacing is 660mm, arranged from bottom to top.
When installing the main tile, install it in the reverse direction according to the local wind direction. Lap a tile wave and carry out it on both sides at the same time.When installing the front ridge tile, cut off a section of the first ridge tile before installation.
The overlap of the positive and inclined ridge tiles shall be sawn flush. After the installation of the positive and inclined ridge tiles, the three-way tiles shall be installed.
Fixings are special accessories. When fixing, first drill with an electric drill, and the hole diameter shall be 2mm larger than the hook screw rod.
Self tapping screw with diameter of 6.3mm is recommended
