Galvalume Steel Coil Sheet
Galvalume steel coil is coating with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The surface of the galvalume steel plate is uniquely smooth,with flat and gorgeous spangle, the base color is silver white. Has excellent corrosion resistance, has good processing performance, can be stamped,sheared, welded, surface conductivity is very good. The galvalume steel plate has superior corrosion resistance when exposed to the same environment on both sides compared to the same thickness of the galvanized steel sheet.

The role of aluminum, zinc, silicon
Aluminum, zinc :
A1<5%, A1↑→Corrosion resistance↑
5%~25%, A1↑→Corrosion resistance↓
A1>55%, the corrosion resistance is not significantly weakened, but some pitting corrosion appears. 55% A1 is the best and 25% A1 is the worst.
Silicon:
1. Inhibit the reaction between the steel strip and the bath melt
2. Inhibit the growth of aluminum-rich dendrites and improve the ability to resist peeling
3. "Heterogeneous nucleation"" to refine spangles
4. Reduce the viscosity of the plating solution and reduce the thickness of the alloy layer
5. Speed up the dissolution rate of the alloy layer
Product advantages
①Good corrosion resistance Under various environmental conditions, the galvanized steel sheet has excellent corrosion resistance than the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet of the same thickness, and its service life is 2-6 times that of the ordinary galvanized steel sheet. Since the microcracks of the aluminum-zinc-plated deformed parts are smaller than that of the hot-dip galvanizing, the corrosion resistance in the forming area is much higher than that of the hot-dip galvanizing.
②Good surface characteristics The surface characteristics are good, the spangles are small and uniform, the color is bright silver gray, and the surface hardness is high (not easy to scratch).
③Good processability The 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated galvanized steel sheet has excellent adhesion and flexibility. It has excellent shape and workability similar to galvanized steel sheet. Especially, there are few cracks in the processing part on the steel sheet, and the durability of the processing part is excellent
④Good heat resistance The heat resistance of galvanized steel sheet is much better than that of galvanized steel sheet, and has the characteristics similar to that of aluminized steel sheet: Galvanized steel: It is recommended not to exceed 230℃ at high temperature, it will change color if it exceeds 250℃. Galvalume steel: The color does not change even when used for a long time at around 315℃, and it can also be used at around 370℃ for a short time.
④Good heat resistance The heat resistance of galvanized steel sheet is much better than that of galvanized steel sheet, and has the characteristics similar to that of aluminized steel sheet: Galvanized steel: It is recommended not to exceed 230℃ at high temperature, it will change color if it exceeds 250℃. Galvalume steel: The color does not change even when used for a long time at around 315℃, and it can also be used at around 370℃ for a short time.

Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?

Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: Commonly two payment term for new customers:
1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy;

A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 20-30 days.
Q: How about the samples ? is it free or extra fees?
