Product Description
Galvanized steel pipe produce: Hot dip galvanized steel pipe with pickling, first to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel tube, after acid cleaning, by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank cleaning, and then sent to the hot dip plating tank. Hot dipped galvanized zinc layer thickness, coating uniformity, strong adhesion, long service life, etc. Steel substrate with molten electrolyte solution in complex physical and chemical reaction, the formation of corrosion resistance of the structure compact zinc alloy layer. Pure zinc layer, alloy layer and steel substrate fused together . So the corrosion resistant ability.

20 feet container, 40 feet container, Bulk Vessel.
1.20 feet container: when the pipe length within 5.8 meters, will arrange shipping by 20 feet container, load 25 ton/per container.
2.40 feet container: when the pipe length within 11.5 meters, will shipping by 40 feet containers, load 25 tons/per container.
3.Bulk Vessel: when the pipe length over 11.5 meters, and quantity is big, will shipping by Bulk Vessel, the freight is cheap in this way.
