The DXDY-500H/800H automatic liquid packaging machine is suitable for the packaging of liquid and liquid materials in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, such as laundry detergent, fruit juice, syrup, fruit wine, etc.
Features:
1.The body of the DXDY-500H/800H automatic liquid packaging machine is made of stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant. Meet the requirements of QS/GMP regulations.
2.Computer control can choose single-chip microcomputer controller and key operation. A PLC touch screen is also optional, and the screen displays faults at a glance, which is convenient for maintenance.
3.The machine's hot air control system adopts heat-sealed four-way intelligent temperature control, and the temperature control is accurate and visible.
4.The photoelectric control system adopts high-quality photoelectric head, which has strong anti-light and electrical interference ability, effectively eliminates false color marks, and automatically completes bag positioning and length fixation.
5.Special mechanical pumps, pneumatic pumps and other feeding devices can be customized according to the user's material status.
Packaging materials: paper/polyethylene, cellophane/polyethylene, polypropylene/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum foil/polyethylene, polyester/aluminized/polyethylene, nylon/polyethylene, polyester/polyethylene and other composite materials.
