1. Introduction

It is mainly used for the surface coating process of various printing and packaging products, the product laminated with the black soft touch lamination film would have a brigher and saturated black surface color, and also a velvety soft touch feeling.
2. Feature
· The visual light perception is soft, and the touch feeling is like soft velvet
· The black has high matteness and no white spots after laminating. When making laminating black products, it has the advantage of saving money, time and materials. Firstly, avoid color difference and powder spraying. Secondly, it is simple to operate, no black glue is needed, otherwise Laminating the film with black glue requires frequent cleaning of the machine.
· The corona value is high, and the surface is suitable for various product printing processes, such as bronzing, UV, silk screen, varnishing, embossing, etc.

· Instant coating type: suitable for wet laminating (gluing amount 10-20g/m) , thickness: 18μm/21μm, length 3000m/roll
· Pre-coating type: suitable for dry laminating, customizable adhesive thickness: 28μm/31μm, length 3000m/roll
· Recommendation: temperature 80-120℃, pressure 10-20Mpa, speed 10-20m/min
