It is mainly used in the pressure test of sanitary industries such as biopharmaceutical, video equipment, wine making and the occasions where the measuring medium may scale. Integrated stainless steel scaling is adopted as a whole, and the flat membrane structure with / without cavity is optional.
ky5005 sanitary pressure transmitter is widely used in on-site pressure measurement and control of industrial processes in food, pharmaceutical, brewing, fermentation and other industries. With its excellent reliability, wide adaptability, product flexibility and diversity, its flush pressure interface can be realized through British thread or clamp and sanitary pipe. The clamp and sanitary pipe are composed of other pressure interfaces according to different requirements. ky5005pressure transmitter is divided into conventional type, high temperature heat dissipation type, clamp insertion flat film type, clamp oil filling type (sanitary type), clamp flat film type, flush film type and all stainless steel type. If the medium temperature is high, you can choose the cooling transition connection. The transmitter can accurately measure the medium whose temperature does not exceed 300 ℃. In addition to silicone and food compatible oils, halocarbons and other filling oils can also be provided on request.

The product adopts the pressure sensor with stainless steel or ceramic isolation diaphragm as the signal measuring element, and has been automatically tested by computer. The zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation in a wide temperature range are carried out by laser resistance adjustment process. The amplifying circuit is located in a stainless steel housing and converts the sensor signal into a standard output signal. The whole product has passed the strict test and aging screening of components and semi-finished products, and its performance is stable and reliable.
