Main features:
1. The machine has compact structure, small occupation area, perfect control system, convenient operation and high degree of automation.
2. Filling liquid cylinder, filling valve and other parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304, easy to clean, meet the requirements of food hygiene. The sealing parts are made of heat-resistant rubber to meet the technical requirements of high temperature disinfection.
3. Normal pressure filling principle, sanitary positioning filling valve, accurate liquid level without liquid loss, to ensure excellent filling quality.
4. The electrical control adopts PCL programmable controller to realize the automatic control from the bottle into the machine to the end of packaging. The frequency conversion speed control is adopted, which is easy for users to adjust and prepare, and meets the requirements of different processes for production capacity.
5. Constant torque device is adopted for capping head, and magnetic clutch is used to adjust the torque of capping. The device ensures the quality of capping and will not damage the cap to ensure the quality of capping.
6. Adopt efficient cap management system, which is equipped with automatic cap lifting, cap feeding, cap disinfection, cap washing, and perfect cap feeding and protection device.
7. Changing bottle shape, only need to replace the star wheel and arc plate can be realized, simple and convenient operation.
8. Equipped with perfect overload protection device, which can effectively protect the safety of the machine and the operator.
10. The machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor, which can easily adjust the production capacity.
11. The main electrical components, frequency converters, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, electronic valves, etc., are imported from MITSUBISHI, OMRON OMRON, SCHNEIDER SCHNEIDER and other components to ensure the excellent performance of the machine.
12. The control system has the functions of automatic water level control, missing cap detection alarm, automatic stop alarm and shift output count, etc

After-sales service:
1. System equipment enjoys one year free warranty, the warranty date from the product acceptance date, consumable filter material is not included.
2. During the warranty period, any quality problems of the equipment (except those caused by misoperation or unforeseeable factors) will be repaired by the Supplier free of charge and the damaged parts will be replaced.
3. After the expiration of the warranty period, only certain material fee and appropriate technical service fee will be charged.
4. If the system fails to be solved by itself or by telephone, the technical maintenance personnel of our company shall, within 24 hours after receiving the written notice of the fault from the demander, make a solution (including temporary measures) and schedule and report to the competent leaders of both parties.
5. After the delivery of the equipment, our company will have engineers to pay a return visit to understand the operation of the equipment and provide technical services in time. We welcome users to ask any technical questions, we will timely reply.
