Specifications
The hard book cover making machine is mostly applicable to various notebook, photo book (photo album), folder, certificate, hardcover book. It would be better match with Gluing Machine( Such as our RJS JS series of glue machine, Can use hot glue, white latex ).
Working details
Firstly: glue the cover paper with Glue Machine, Move the glued paper to the plate under the clamping device;
Secondly: fix the grey board to the glued cover paper by hand, Lift up the clamping device,
Thirdly: push the fixed unit into the machine where the 4 sides will be folded at 2 times: when put into, will folding 2 sides, then machine push out, put into twice, will folding the other 2 sides.
