Description of FM-1307&1310 flute laminator:

Structure of FM-1307&1310 flute laminator:

·Glue wheel: thickened plated steel wheel,the surface of fine grinding,glue can be adjusted to 8g/m2 to ensure that the thickness of paper glue evenly.
·Glue replenishment :the use of automatic liquid level control to ensure that glue automatically added to ensure continuous production.
·Paper separation: for high speed operation,the use of separation claws,making the paper from the glue after the glue off the effective separation.
·Positioning: the use of pre-positioning, left and right side of the rules,to ensure high speed paste accuracy.

Touch Screen Operating System:

Touch screen centralized control has realized high resolution man-machine interface communication, operating and failure dynamic monitoring in real-time makes adjustment and troubleshooting more convenient.

Gluing System:

Using stainless steel glue roller, never rust, after grinding the amount of glue keeps in the minimum to ensure uniform glue, lower roller is use water roller clean.

Transmission System:

Special made high-speed flat belt drive, transmission smooth and free lubrication, adopt buffer shock absorption, special and safety overload protection can prevent the roller damage accidentally.

Left and Right Positioning System：

It has equipment accurate left and right positioning device on the bottom and surface paper, left and right synchronize the side of the block to complete the accurate positioning.

Feeder System:

Machine has equipped with high-speed automatic feeder head, paper suction nozzle can freely adjust the angle, no matter thin or thick paper it all can keep high-speed and smooth of paper feed.

Front and Back Positioning System：

The principle is take advantage of the front gauge and paper speed to catch the front gauge, when bottom and surface paper reach the lower gauge paper start laminate, when paper laminating it couldn’t separate the gauge so that can ensure accurate laminating.

Electrical System：

According to the European CE standard design, to ensure that the whole machine is stable, high efficiency, low failure, combined with the man-machine interface and PLC to warn, detection the fault, operating speed and other information displayed on the screen.

Fan System:

We use fan to absorb paper to the convey belt, so that the high-speed paper running more smoothly and accurately.

Surface Paper Lifting System:

In order to fit the high-speed Feeder we have adopted high strength worm gear motor which is import from USA, to ensure the stability of the instant speed.
