Die Cutting Part

1. Die cutting roller for the high quality steel materials,30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.

3. Soft-roll automatic grinding institutions to pouches repeat usage,grinding3-4times;

Paper Feeding Part

Stripping Part

1. Low the machine consists of feed waste, collection of waste transport waste and walking lock.

2. Waste paper department is formed after import PU round belt transmission shaft transmission board, in the process of transmission through two vibration rod, make the cardboard in high vibration amplitude on the conveying belt so as to achieve waste effect.

3. Collection of waste transport department, there is a bidirectional collection of scrap export board to flash import output belt, output by belt conveyor to the side of machine, complete collection of waste transport function.

4. Lock, walking is walking by four pulleys to achieve the funtion of the machine and the host open and close, make the operation more convenient, lock consists of pneumatic components and lock cylinder, to make it work in fixed connection with the host formation.

Type heap code machine:
