The single cutter is designed to slit and cut the fixed-length single-side corrugated cardboard which is characterized by the advantages of short order change period, high slitting and cutting precision, fast working speed and low cardboard wastage during order change, suitable for high-end color print packing.
It adopts the PLC touch screen to help the operator fully understand the production status. Also it adopts the variable-frequency speed reduction motor to reduce the failure rate caused by abrasion during speed reduction.
The computer can store multi-group orders. Also it adopts the separate man-machine interface and 7’’ colorful touch screen for display.
It adopts the high organic variable-frequency motor and advanced servo driver.
It adopts the high speed steel platen blade with high hardness and long service life. The précised adjustable seamless gear can make sure of exact meshing of blade edges, high cut quality, excellent straightness to protect the blade.
It is suitable for color printing factories for high efficiency production.

LCL : Normal package is wooden box (size : L×W×H). Wooden box will be fumigated . We use strong export stander wooden box pack all machine ,in this case ,machine can be protected very well.
FCL : Machine is to heavy or big , we can choose full container loading . we use PE Film packing then loading to container .
Others : According to customer’s special request .
1.We need tp test the machine working condition before delivery to customer country.
2.If you need our engineers install and teach you hoe to operate machine, we also can send our engineers to your country, but need you bear all fee, tickets, foods, hotel and salary 120usd/day per engineer.
3.Our machine has one year warranty,during this period, if problems caused by our machine quality, we will change all parts for you by free fee.If any questions,can by email by 24hours,we also help you solve these eoblems.
Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company ? Do you have Import &Export right ?
A: We are manufacturer with more than 30 years experience . we have Imp & Exp license ,we can export machines to you directly .
Q: Where is your factory ? How can I visit there ?
A: Our factory is located in Dong guang County ,Cang Zhou city , He bei province ,China . It is 2 hours from JINAN international airport by car and 1 hour from Cang Zhou high-speed train station.
Q: What is the payment terms ?
A: (1) TT, 30% as deposit, 70% balance before loading
(2)100% irrevocable L/C at sight .
Q: How about after-sales service process? Can I get spare part easily?
A:When problem occur when machine running , contact our sale manger at once, we will solve problem as soon as possible .we will follow below 3 items.
1. Small parts send by DHL at the top speed. (like thin blade, PLC etc)
2. Middle parts by air at the top speed. (like cut off knife)
3. Big parts by ship at the top speed. (like corrugated roll)
