Technology specs:
3.The drive motor we used are the American brand--Ingersoll with best quality.
4.The clamp shoes can be up to 36 pieces.
5.Our clamp can be used at ambient temperature of -30 to +80 degree and air humidity of 95%. Protection grade of air control valveis IP65.
6. All carbon steel force parts of the clamp are treated by nitriding rust proof. All standard parts are treated with nail rust
proof. All connections includes hose buckle at both ends are use of Dacro painting.
7. The frame painting of the clamp is made of one special paint which called salt spray resistance for three times.
8. Can custom special line up clamp as the project request.
Internal clamp Main features:
1. Compact structure,high aligning accuracy, easy operation.
2.FESTO pneumatic componene from Germany. Luoyang Deping own patented design for air discharge valve with easy operation and low equipment defect rate (about 0.4% offshore, about 0.04% onshore)
3. Square pin connection between push rod and clamp shoe for securely fixing effect
4. Inged support mechanism for converting pneumatic energy to mechanical one, decrease machine sizes
