Existing Sample is free, but the shipping cost will be on you. it will be returned when you place the order.
2 : Can we offer Door to Door service ?
A: Yes. We can offer Door to Door service to help customers to save time. We have discount with our cooperating shipping company. So it let us easy to save time.
3 : What the terms of payment ?
T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy ,100% irrevocable L/C at against .
4 : What about the delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time?
If the goods are customized, usually 7-20 days after confirm the sample's quality. Exact delivery time depends on exact quantity.
We regard clients' time as gold, so we'll do our best to deliver goods on time.
5 : How do deal with it when clients received defective products ?
Replacement, If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
6 : How to check all the goods in the production line ?
We have spot inspection and finished production inspection ,We have our QC staff to check the goods when they go into next step production.
