ASTM Standard Tape Adhesive Primary Strength Tester Testing Machine Equipment
Usage
KJ-6034 probe method initial adhesion test tester compact and delicate structure, using imported sensor and motor, it is mainly used for the initial adhesion of various adhesive tapes, adhesives and other different products. The products meet ASTM D2979 standard, suitable for research structure, adhesives import and export enterprises, inspection and quarantine institutions, etc.
Test principle:
Probe primary adhesive meter is the probe and the test sample at a fixed speed after complete contact (Stagnation between a second later), the instrument is automatically reversed and completely separated from the test board at a constant speed, the max force generated, this max force value is the initial adhesive force of the probe under test.
