1.The controller is located in the right side of the machine,opened in the centre with two doors, luxury handle is stainless steel,more important,the machine has the anti-explosion door holder.
2.Inner material is 304 mirror surface stainless steel. Lumen of the machine is clean and smooth,it’s easy to clean and do not keep residue, corrosion resistance function is very good.All the inner material is low- infectant material.Inner machine all has the non-trace argon arc welding
3.Outside material is SECC armor plate,thickness of plating is 1.2mm baking finish with Fine powder.
Heat preservation is imported high density glass rock wool, thermal insulation is very good,can resist the 150℃.
Temperature control system
1.Temperature controller is PID microcomputer auto-calculation,showing by PV/SV,Set the temperature you need,control the accuracy by PID parameter.
2.current controller is SSR,contactlessRelay,keep the voltaic high stability.
3.Heating material is honeycomb stainless steel heating tube,and pollution-free with long using life. 4.Temperature range:RT~500℃,normal temperature RT~450℃.
5.Accuracy:contral accuracy±0.5℃,distribution temperature ±2.0℃(no-load)
Air supply system
Moter long axis thermostability is imported from Taiwan,rate of work is 1/2HP50Hz
The fan is leafiness turbine type,strong strength,has adjustable river diversion wind-plate.Make the wind
path smoothly..
Heating speed:RT~100℃ about 10minutes.

Timer: 9999s~9999hour(can set by H.M.S)
