Introduction
This machine is controlled by microchip computer and assisted with high precision sensors. It’s able to weighing, filling and packaging swift and steady. The structure of this machine is concise and simple, easy to use and able to switch different size of bag former to satisfy different packaging requirement.

2. Seal Cut Button: Manually seal and cut the film.

How to use
1. Mounting the film roll.
2. Mounting the coding printer if needed.
3. Mounting the photoelectric sensor if needed.
4. Insert film into bag former and tuck it between the pulling down wheel.
5. Connecting weighing and dosing machine.
6. Connecting photoelectric sensor if needed.
7. Power up both dosing and packaging machine.
8. Set the temperature and let the packaging machine heat up.
9. Pour the raw material into dosing machine.
10. Start the dosing machine and all should be working correctly.
This handle is used to open and close the pull down wheels.
This is how you install the rack by fixing some bolts.
This is how you mount the roll.
1. The fuse
2. Power socket for the weighing and dosing machine to draw electricity.
3. Power cable socket for providing power source to the machine.
4. Cooling fan for the packing machine.
Notes
1. Slowly increase the temperature setting to find the perfect temperature to seal and pack your film material, usually we recommend to try and start at 100, then increase or decrease the setting judging by the sealing effect.
2. Line up the film before tucking it between the pull down wheels, try this a few times to find the perfect position for the bag former and how deep you tuck inside the pull down wheels.
3. Always adjust the length setting from a big number to small.
4. Put the machine on a flat and steady surface to get the best weighing accuracy.
