Description
Round Bottle Adhesive Sticker Small Round Bottle Labeling Machine consists of a labeling machine head; it is located on the side of the conveyor chain. When the round bottle is labeled, the label is transported to the labeling machine through the conveyor line, and then the label is separated by the bottle separating mechanism to keep it After a certain distance, the bottle to be labeled enters the labeling area.
After entering the labeling area, the visual fiber detects the bottle, and transmits the photoelectric signal to the PLC. After processing by the PLC, the output signal is transmitted to the stepping motor. The stepping motor outputs the label, and the label is attached to the bottle via the round bottle labeling mechanism. On the bottle, the label is smoothed by the sponge label roller, and the labelled object enters the next process by the labeling machine conveyor belt.
When you need to change the product, you only need to adjust the width of the conveying guardrail and the labeling mechanism. The machine is convenient and practical, and the operation is fast; it is widely used for labeling various round containers and other objects.
