for the metal shredder blades,this equipment is composed of feeding port silo,shredding double axis,electrical control systerm, discharging belt conveyor and motors; feeding port silo: holding the materials to be shreded,just in case of wood splashed out and caused an accident when it shreds; shredding double axis:the double axis with Wear-resistant knife, After all the blades are assembled, a spiral cutter is formed,when it is running,ensure every blade is evenly stressed,the double axis through the buckle to ensure the the distance between the blades is not big. shredding the wood by the hooking of the blades and the extrusion between the double axis. Motor systerm: the feeding power use the reducer systerm; discharging belt conveyor: the independent power systerm, whole part is bolted to the body machine, which can be taken out as a whole part, and the repair and replacement parts are flexible and convenient. This type of equipment can directly set the material fed into the feed bin directly through the broken double axis, hook and squeeze, and complete the shredding process.
