Introduction
Mixing barrel is a necessary set that mix pulp and medicine evenly by the force of rotating impellers drove by motor to increase the reaction time and quality. This type of mineral barrel is suitable to selected mining and various of chemical industries. Mixing barrel is mainly used in all kinds of metal mining industry for mixing materials and medicine before flotation. It is can also be used to mix non-metallic minerals. Mixing barrel is suitable to the materials whose concentration is not more than 30% and whose granularity is less than 1mm. besides, it looks like a flat barrel with helical runners, which can move and mix materials, in it.
Working principle
When the machine work , by the rotation of the impeller, the pulp and pharmaceutical take circular motion , so that get mixed evenly in the whole tank ,and the mixed suspension liquid discharges from the overflow part.
Features and Advantages
1, Compact structure and reliably sealing. Besides, there is an ash damper installed at the mouth of discharging gate, which can prevent water and flog to enter in.
2, Evenly mixing. The shape of propeller is sector. The contacting proportion is large.
3, There are many rows of nozzles, which can guarantee that water can flow evenly.
4, There is less ash left. Besides, there is a watershed set on the bottom. So the whole machine is very clean.
