Working principle

 When the motor rotates to drive the belt wheel or coupling, the drive shaft and cone make the eccentric shaft move periodically under the axis line.After the material enters the crushing chamber from the material mouth, it is crushed by the impact of eccentric shaft and the wall of the rolling mortar, grinding and kneading to produce the effect of crushing.The hydraulic safety system can eliminate the malfunction of the top level of the support sleeve and the fixed cone by hydraulic pressure when the machine is overiron or stuffy, which can greatly reduce the maintenance rate and improve the production efficiency while playing a very good role in insurance.
