INTRODUCTION

The VSC30 heading control system is an important equipment for ship navigation.

It controls the rudder blade of the ship's steering gear to achieve direct or revolving ship.

The VSC30 heading control system is characterized by full digitalization, high integration and complete functions.

It has a variety of steering modes (automatic, follow-up, non-following), the steering staff can choose to use according to the situation;

it can be steered in different locations (such as the cab, rudder cabin);

it can input gyro and magnetic simultaneously The compass signal is used as the heading information source;

it has dual control systems with the same function and independent circuit, and the control systems are mutually hot backup.
The VSC30 heading control system’s controller adopts a combination of fuzzy control

and PID control algorithm to obtain satisfactory results for different types of ships under different weather conditions and load conditions.
The VSC30 heading control system’s input and output interface, except the control output is DC24V switch control switch type solenoid valve,

the rest are digital information, meet the requirements of IEC 61162, compatible with NMEA 0183
The VSC30 heading control system adopts a modular design, and each module can be directly installed on the driving console or concentrated on the steering platform as a whole.
