Vortex flowmeter kvf200  is designed and manufactured according to Carmen vortex principle. The flow measurement based on the principle of fluid oscillating vortex is mainly used for the flow measurement of two fluids in industrial pipeline, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large range and high precision. When measuring the volumetric flow under working conditions, it is almost not affected by the parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature and viscosity.

1. When the vortex flowmeter works normally, there are certain requirements for the lower limit of flow rate. Therefore, when selecting the flowmeter diameter, it should not be selected according to the original pipeline diameter, but consider the fluid viscosity and density. The flowmeter diameter should be selected according to the small flow, large flow and common flow, and the common flow should be more than 20% of the measurable range.

2. When the vortex flowmeter leaves the factory, the manufacturer has set the parameters of the flowmeter according to the ordering requirements, and the user does not need to modify it. However, if you order a vortex flowmeter with its own display meter, first, the user can set some parameters more accurately according to the on-site working conditions or when changing the pipeline conditions, so as to obtain more accurate measurement results. Second, the user can directly read the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow from the meter on site.

3. The main parameters set by the user in the header include: display mode, fluid type (gas, liquid and steam), flow unit, working condition pressure, working condition temperature, working condition density, standard state pressure, standard state temperature, etc. other system parameters can not be changed at will unless there is a deep and accurate understanding.

4. Vortex flowmeter is a velocity flowmeter, so the flow obtained is actually the volume flow QF under working conditions. For gas, sometimes QF needs to be converted into standard volume flow QN under standard state (0 ℃, 1 standard atmospheric pressure) for comparison or settlement. The relationship between QF and QN is as follows:
