Usage and Characteristics
The impact test has strict requirements on the notch of the impact specimen, and the small change of the notch will cause a large deviation of the test result. In order to ensure the gap of the impacted specimen is qualified, the inspection of the quality of the gap is an important control method. At present, optical projection magnification inspection is the only practical method that can guarantee the quality of the impact of the sample.
CST-50 Charpy projector is a special design and development of our company according to ASTM E23-02a "Standard Impact Test Method for Material Notch Specimens" 7.1.3 and GB/T229-2007. It is a special optical instrument for checking the quality of the notch processing of Charpy V-type (deep 2mm) and U-type (deep 2mm) impact specimens. It is a Special equipment for the physical and chemical laboratories of metallurgy, boiler and pressure vessel, vehicle and shipbuilding and engineering machinery manufacturing and scientific research departments.
