The machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and is equipped with a water receiving tray under the equipment. The shower cleaning device during the conveying process inside the washer is sprayed on all sides, and every corners can be covered. The blow-dry device is settled at the end to ensure the finished product can be used for packaging or filling straight away.
Equipment feature
The cleaning process is divided into three stages.
1, Pre-wash, using the spray nozzle to reducing or removing any greasy stuffs.
2, Key wash, giving high pressure spray all around with hot water, add soda or washing-up liquid if needed.
3, Rinsing, spraying all sides with clear water to avoid leaving stains and water marks on the bottle after drying.
These three-stages have an independent circulating filter water tank except the last stage. The clear water is recycled as supplementary water to the second-stage water tank after heating, and part of the sewage is automatically discharged.
The temperature of the dryer part is adjusted to between 180-240℃, the conveyor belt is adjusted to an appropriate speed, and after passing through the high temperature part, all the water inside or outside the target should be evaporated.
It is suitable for any types of bottles, such as long-neck bottles, jar, tin, can etc….
