Equipment introduction

1. Feeding mechanism
The feeding mechanism is composed of a mold for placing meat or other foods (lower mold box) and an upper mold box that fixes the position of the meat, which can ensure the stability and accuracy of the interleaving process.
Movable PE (or pom) meat skewers mold plate, easy to clean;
The mold can be changed at will to meet the needs of different products;
2. Automatic sign-making mechanism
The arrangement box is in contact with the arrangement board, and the movement of the arrangement box is realized by the crank slider mechanism. When the gap of the arrangement box overlaps with the slot of the arrangement board, the signing device accessories function to automatically place the lot and realize the arrangement.
3.Interspersed mechanism
The function of inserting meat pieces can be realized due to the function of pressing the label push plate.
The automatic sensory sign-through system is always accurate and stable, and works stably;
4.This meat skewer machine combination of pneumatic drive and electric drive, accurate and reasonable layout, maintenance free and long service life;
5.The reserved operation platform allows workers to cut and sort out the meat to be threaded.
