Description:
The machine is a fully automatic unmanned L sealing cutter, widely used for lot production pipelining with high efficiency. The machine is equipped with auto film feeding & perforating device and adjustable product infeed conveying table in order to meet different requirements from different products. Model BSF-5640LG adopting relay control,price moderate.
Features:
1. DUPONT Teflon coated aluminum alloy cutter that is thermostable and antisticking ensures good sealing without cracking, coking or any smoke pollution.
2.Auto film-feeding; variable film length control by means of electric eye and counter; an inductive motor for auto film selvage winding.
3. Product length detected by a double photo-eye with horizontal and vertical reading according to the product dimensions, so the machine can achieve packaging work easily even for thin and small package.
4. Digital temperature controller with inbuilt PID function. Variable sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate. The cutter itself has function of auto protection in order to avoid wrong cutting.
5. Simple products changeover, without need of moulds or bag-forming devices.
6. Products of different sizes can be packed together for sales promotion.
7. Safety hood made of organic glass and auto alarm that ensure operator's safety.
8. The machine can be integrated into the production line to achieve unmanned operation.
