DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) is a stretched Textured Yarn, taking POY as the raw Yarn, and is stretched, false twisted on a elasticizer simultaneously. After deforming and heat setting it presents as a crimped Yarn.
DTY(Drawn textured yarn) is a finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously stretched and deformed on a machine. DTY yarn is mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses.
Features of Nylon DTY
l Fine fleeciness and elasticity.
l DTY yarn process has periodic network points, improving the yarn tightness and the weaving performance. It can be divided into HIM, SIM, and NIM.
l Equipment adopted: Japan TMT and Germany Barmag for producing; Uster tester, Oxford MQC NMRS for testing.
