Our PEX/Aluminum Composite pipe extrusion line is developed based on the European technology and owns lots of advantages such as advanced design, reasonable structure, good reliability and so on.

1. Ultrasonic welding makes the production process of the aluminum tube more stable and continuous.
2. One-step co-extrusion makes the connection of five layers really firm, ensuring good performance of the extruded pipes.
3. One-step co-extrusion greatly simplifies the whole production process of the PEX/Aluminum composite pipes, so less employees needed. It's cost-saving and energy-saving.
4. Conical twin screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder for choice.
5. Double-strand and quadruple-strand for choice for small pipes.
6. Human-computer interface is easy to operate, convenient and reliable.
7. The centralized controling system lowers the rate of machine halt.
