Usage:
It feeds cups on level and adopts corona pre-treatment, mandrel UV curing, so printed pattern is clear and real. Main motor mounted with three-phase frequency conversion speed adjust, timing belt drive, stepless speed regulation, functions steadily without noises. Convenient to adjust quantity of ink and pressure of ink distributing roller, and the ink supply is ideal. when fix forme, locating spring can automatically tighten, and it is easy to load or unload the forme, as well as chromatography. printing cylinder and forme roller assembled with cantilever are easy to cluch and adjust pressure.
Features:
The cups will be delivered to the channel by the cup-serving-tray automatically, which could reduce labor intensity. The cup-delivering channel will be powered by electronic engineering sharing the same speed with pressing. The cup-delivering tray(spiral wheel) is special designed for many kinds of cups, and it could be set for450 or 900 according to your special need.
